The opening of "Tidewater", an invented two-player board game. The rewrite uses only what the creator told us: the numbers, the dates and the one thing the game does differently.
Tidewater is a two-player game where the board floods between turns. Every round the tide comes in by one row, and whatever you left on the shore is gone. Twenty minutes, one table, no dice. It began as a cardboard mock-up in Lena's kitchen in March 2024; 214 people have played the current version at four conventions and two game cafés, and 41 of them signed the pre-launch list on the spot. The art is finished: 36 illustrated tiles by one artist, the same hand on every card. The money prints 1,500 copies at a factory in Shenzhen that has already produced our sample, and ships them in May 2027. If the tide takes your last boat, you have three turns to get it back.
The first draft asks for help; the second shows the game, the proof, the money and the date, so a stranger keeps reading. See the full sample page, rewards and updates →
How it works
Three steps, one day.
Send your facts
What the thing is, who you are, what the money does, your reward tiers, your dates, and any draft or pre-launch page you already have.
We write the page
Hook, what it is, why now, who you are, where the money goes, risks and challenges, a blurb per reward, three update posts. Only your facts.

What every page we write has · the checklist
- The first two sentences say what it is and what it does differently
- Proof a stranger can check: plays, prototypes, pre-orders, dates
- Who you are, in two lines, with the one thing that makes you the person to make it
- Where the money goes, in plain amounts and a ship date
- Risks and challenges that name the real risk, not "we are passionate"
- Every reward tier says what arrives and when
- Three updates ready before launch, so the campaign never goes quiet
Order
Send your facts. We write the page.
Fill this in and you get an order code. Pay with the code and your story arrives by email within 1 day.

Do you invent claims?
No. Every claim about your product, your team and your dates comes from what you send. Where a section needs a fact you have not given, we leave a marked gap and ask, rather than fill it.
What exactly do I get?
A document with the full story in your page's order (hook, what it is, why now, who you are, where the money goes, risks and challenges), a short blurb for each reward tier (up to 8), and three update posts for launch day, mid-campaign and the last 48 hours. One free round of changes.
Will this get my project funded?
Nobody can promise that; funding depends on your product, your video, your prices and the people you bring. What we promise is a page a stranger can read to the end and understand, back within 1 day of payment, or a refund.
